Comites

The formal foundation of our association is under way. Since 2004 Comites GmbH search & certainty has been paying 1% of its annual turnover into the pool for social commitment activities. As a formal construct the registered association will soon take this role. We are happy to have been able to substantially support a number of successful initiatives in the past - even without the formal vehicle.

Germany will only be able to maintain its position as a leading export nation in global competition if it confronts future challenges now. It is therefore necessary to start training young talents at an early stage. A continuous and sufficient provision of top-trained experts can guarantee this.

Comites e.V. is committed to enthusing young people’s involvement to perform for activities in the economy and to demonstrate opportunities for them involving specific professional qualifications. In collaboration with high schools, the association actively promotes highly talented graduates and supports the training of their competencies for future management functions.

Promoting practical experiences in companies is among the opportunities of the association as well as setting up an alumni network. This dedication results in a win-win situation for all sides: the students, the companies and the economy.

Through our cooperation with Dr. Ilse Wehrmann we have expanded our supportive programs in the field of early childhood education. Helping to ensure that every child in Germany can make the utmost of his or her potential is a priority to us.
