Knowing the right Candidate
is only Half the Battle.
Executive Search does not end with the candidate’s placement. Those who think that searches for executives (thus implying finding them) is the service of generating the best possible value for the client negates reality. It is the best candidates who can choose between different options. Remuneration is by far not the only criterion crucial for candidates to accept an offer (and in case of more and more candidates not the most important one either). Each candidate is individually motivated, making it particularly important that his/her values comply with the corporate culture.
Out of conviction, we therefore monitor the entire process from the first-time presentation of our candidates to our clients up to the final signing of the contract. This supervision will only be rendered by a director of Comites, i.e. by experts disposing of at least 20 years of professional experience.
