Dr. Föller is the founder and managing director of Comites in Europe.
Having worked in the world’s largest Executive Search company for almost 9 years and having supervised more than 400 projects, he thus disposes of outstanding experience and excellent expertise in this field.
He got promoted systematically until he became managing partner in Europe and took operational responsibility for the offices in London and Munich. In this role, he supervised national as well as international assignments for medium-sized companies, family-owned companies and global corporate groups. He conducted high-level Executive Searches in all functions.
He worked for a leading strategy consultancy of European origin in the offices in Munich and Tokyo for several years. It only took him four years to get promoted from consultant to manager until he finally became member of the management. For a couple of years he worked as a medical practitioner at a hospital. At the same time, he established and managed his own small company specialized in supporting construction development. Dr. Föller studied medicine and economics at the Ludwigs-Maximilians-Universität Munich and is fluent in German and English.
