A mentor is a seasoned executive, who invests time, ability and determination in the growth,  knowledge and skills of an employee with potential.
 
Mentoring personnel exemplifies the values of a company and strengthens the corporate and leadership culture as well as the identification of the employee with the business. Together we will develop and introduce a qualitative mentoring concept for different target groups.

  • Definition and selection of the target group (mentees and mentors)
  • Evaluation of the mentors
  • Preparation of guidelines for mentors
  • Kick-off workshops and trainings for mentees and mentors
  • Will arrange regular reports to the participants as well as meetings for personal exchanges
