Based on the potential analysis the employees, who could take over as successor candidates for strategically important positions in a company, have to be identified. Together with human resources we will create a procedure to evaluate data, validation and assessment of our employees as well as the specific positioning for a key function.

  • Review of the potential analysis methods and of the data structures
  • Analysis for quality (validation) and quantity (key performance indicators) based on the candidates structure
  • If needed a validation procedure will be introduced  and unless there are not enough internal candidates external candidates will be evaluated
  • Development of a process to strategically evaluate the successor candidates in your company
  • Supporting the specific positioning of the successor candidate in the event of a perfect match.
