Inspire
the Talents
of Tomorrow.
We want to inspire top senior students at high schools for executive functions in the economy. This comprises a multifaceted composition of sub goals, including:
- Identification of the top performers of a school year (grades are important, but not everything)
- Qualification of the teachers to foster top talents in these school years and to inspire them for the economy
- Competence training of the top students for concrete future management situations.
- Provision of practical experience for the top students by concrete activities in a company.
- Promotion of the network concept by setting up a network of alumni consisting of those students fostered and promoted by the Comites e.V.
Within the scope of the above-mentioned aims, we will be cooperating with several Bavarian schools for the next few years.
It is hereby important to us that both the teachers and school administration are involved in this project right from the beginning. It is also important that they understand the competences practiced by the Comites e.V. , and that the respective schools will then be able to implement these concepts on their own, i.e. the fostering of top students and encouragement of enthusiasm for management tasks in the economy. These concepts should then become an integral part of the curriculum. In 2009, we reapplied and perfected our concept at an Upper Bavarian high school, the Humboldt-Gymnasium in Vaterstetten. In the next few years, we will be focusing systematically on other schools as well. For further information please go to:

In this year’s presentation we were glad to receive enthusiastic feedback from teachers and students.
